Terms of Service

Refund & Cancellation Policy


Due to the nature of the Hi Mama program, we do not offer refunds or cancellation options.

This is not a subscription or drop-in membership. It’s a structured program designed for lasting transformation.

By enrolling, you’re committing to the full experience, whether or not you choose to use all available resources.

We trust that if you engage with the process, it will create meaningful results for you and your child.

Payment Plan Agreement


Payment begins at the time of enrollment, regardless of whether you joined early or during open enrollment.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments over the duration of your chosen plan (e.g., 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, or 18 months). This commitment continues even after program access has ended or your participation changes.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be paused or cancelled mid-term.

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically over a 14-day window. If payment is not successfully completed, your remaining balance may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency.

By selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge full responsibility for the entire payment amount, regardless of usage.

Conditions of Use


Service provider reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time and without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted unless with permission from our company.

Intellectual Property & Copyright


​​​​​​​All content provided through this program, including videos, recordings, call replays, downloads, worksheets, templates, and other material, is the exclusive intellectual property of Simple Life Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Access is licensed for your personal, non-transferable use only within the program platform during the term of your enrollment.
You may not, without the prior express written consent of Simple Life Coaching:
  • Download, record, copy, save, screenshot, screen capture, photograph, reproduce, or otherwise retain any program content outside the platform.
  • Share, distribute, transmit, upload, post, sell, sublicense, or make program content available to any third party.
  • Provide access to your account, login credentials, or materials to any other person.
  • Use any program content for commercial purposes, derivative works, or any purpose outside the scope of your enrollment.​​​​​​​

Any unauthorized downloading, copying, recording, saving, distribution, or retention of program content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute copyright infringement. Upon any violation, we may immediately suspend or terminate access to the program, revoke licenses, and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.

Confidentiality & Community Privacy


Everything inside Hi Mama is confidential. This includes our methodologies, program content, the people in the program, and what they share.
By enrolling, you agree not to share:
  • The methods, frameworks, approaches, and resources provided inside Hi Mama
  • ​​​​​​​Other members’ names, stories, or anything discussed inside the program
  • Screenshots, recordings, quotes, or summaries from calls or group chats

​​​​​​​This applies to both public and private communication and continues after your enrollment ends.

If this is violated, we reserve the right to remove your participation in the program and revoke all access immediately, without refund.

We also reserve the right to pursue legal action if program content or member information is shared outside of Simple Life Coaching programs.

Member Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy


Hi Mama is a high-trust environment. We are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive space for all families in the program.

By enrolling, you agree to conduct yourself in a way that supports that environment across all program spaces and communications.
This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Privately messaging other members to speak negatively about the program, team, or other participants
  • Creating division, distrust, or discomfort within the community
  • Attempting to influence or discourage other members from participating in the program
  • Any disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate communication toward team members or participants
This applies across all program channels, including Telegram, Zoom calls, email, and any private or direct communication between members.

We have a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior.

If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to any or all parts of the program, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
​​​​​​​In the event of removal:
  • All payments made are non-refundable
  • Any remaining payment obligations remain due and payable in full​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Removal from the program does not grant continued use of any materials accessed or downloaded prior to removal.

Termination Policy


We reserve the right to terminate any program access at our sole discretion for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. Termination may occur in circumstances including, but not limited to, non-payment, failure to comply with program guidelines, or behavior deemed incompatible with the program’s values (ie. being disruptive, aggressive, disrespectful to anyone on the team. Bring a nuisance to the group.).
In the event of access termination:
  • Access to program materials and sessions will be immediately revoked.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Outstanding payments under existing agreements remain due and payable.

​​​​​​​Termination may also occur for violations of the Member Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy outlined above.

By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of the terms and conditions.

Educational Disclaimer & Medical Notice


Hi Mama is an educational coaching program.

All content, coaching, and resources shared inside this program, including calls, videos, materials, and community discussions, are for educational purposes only and are not medical advice.

This program does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for your child’s healthcare decisions and we encourage you to consult with qualified professionals as needed.

Results vary. Every child and family is different, and outcomes depend on many factors. No specific results are guaranteed.

By enrolling, you understand that Hi Mama is a coaching and educational program, not a medical or clinical service.

Any results shared by Tina or program participants are individual experiences and are not guaranteed.
