Refund & Cancellation Policy


Due to the nature of the Hi Mama program, we do not offer refunds or cancellation options.

This is not a subscription or drop-in membership. It’s a structured program designed for lasting transformation.

By enrolling, you’re committing to the full experience, whether or not you choose to use all available resources.

We trust that if you engage with the process, it will create meaningful results for you and your child.

Payment Plan Agreement


Payment begins at the time of enrollment, regardless of whether you joined early or during open enrollment.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments over the duration of your chosen plan (e.g., 6, 12, or 18 months). This commitment continues even after program access has ended or your participation changes.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be paused or cancelled mid-term.

If a payment fails, we will retry automatically over a 14-day window. If payment is not successfully completed, your remaining balance may be forwarded to a third-party collections agency.

By selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge full responsibility for the entire payment amount, regardless of usage.

Conditions of Use


Service provider reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time and without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.

Membership Termination Policy


We reserve the right to terminate any membership at our sole discretion for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. Termination may occur in circumstances including, but not limited to, non-payment, failure to comply with program guidelines, or behavior deemed incompatible with the program’s values (ie. being disruptive, aggressive, disrespectful to anyone on the team. Bring a nuisance to the group.).
In the event of membership termination:
  • Access to program materials and sessions will be immediately revoked.
  • Payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Outstanding payments under existing agreements remain due and payable.

By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to this policy as part of the terms and conditions.
